NXT 2.0 has been gaining a lot of traction lately, but it still remains the developmental program for the main roster. With new talent constantly being introduced, there has been plenty for the front office to think about in terms of talent evaluation. WWE management has their focus on one rising NXT star.

Xyon Quinn has been a main feature on NXT 2.0 ever since the brand relaunched. The former professional rugby star has a great look, and has been developing in NXT since 2020. He is seen as a major future star by those backstage at WWE.

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed WWE’s feelings about Xyon Quinn. Along with Sanga, the decision makers in the company believe there is a ton of potential. Both could soon be called up to the main roster, but the praise for Quinn has been exceptional.

“Both of these guys are being considered for the main roster right now. They think Xyon Quinn is the total package.”

Nothing official has been announced regarding a call-up for Xyon Quinn or Sanga. The two faced off on this week’s episode of NXT. Sanga got the victory after overpowering his opponent.

WWE seems to be very high on Xyon Quinn. They believe he is the “total package,” but that doesn’t necessarily mean he is the next Lex Luger. The WWE Universe will have to wait and see how far he can go in the company. He could be getting his shot at the main roster very soon.
