Christian used to be the mentor of Jurassic Express until he turned on them. Captain Charisma attacked Jungle Boy last week on Dynamite. He even had a heated exchange with Jungle Boy’s mother after Dynamite went off the air.

Christian appeared on Dynamite this week to explain his actions. He took things further by dragging Jungle Boy’s late father, Luke Perry, into the feud. Here’s what Christian said.

“I know Jungle Boy looked at me like a father figure. He sure did. But here’s the thing Jungle Boy, I never wanted to be your father, I never wanted to be your father figure. You have a father, but your father is dead.”

The Jurassic Express lost the AEW World Tag Team Titles to the Young Bucks in a fantastic ladder match to cap off Road Rager. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for Jungle Boy and Christian now that they aren’t on the same page anymore.
