Brock Lesnar dropped the WWE Championship to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38 in a title unification match. It was a long time coming as their feud had been developing for a long time prior to that. Booker T also explained why WWE bringing back Lesnar isn’t a desperate move.

As seen on last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, The Beast Incarnate made his shocking return to WWE television. He came out and decimated Roman Reigns and The Usos.

Fans were not happy seeing Lesnar back for yet another feud with Reigns. Many believed WWE was just desperate. While speaking on The Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T explained why WWE bringing back Lesnar is not a desperate move.

“I wouldn’t call it desperate. I would call it pulling the ace out. That’s what you do.”
