WWE Believes They Could ‘Clone’ A New Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks and Naomi made headlines after they walked out in the middle of WWE Raw last month. Many people did not support what they did and they got punished for the same as well. WWE also believes they could clone a new Sasha Banks.

It was recently reported by Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc that Sasha Banks was released from WWE after the whole fiasco. The company has yet to comment on the situation.

While speaking on The Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast, Andrew Zarian stated that Sasha Banks is seen as someone replaceable who can be ‘cloned.’

In their minds, they could clone Sasha with somebody else and have her fit that role, and no problem. It’s now a role you’re playing. It’s a role with mid-level actors. Everybody’s a mid-level actor, except for a Roman Reigns, or a Brock Lesnar, or a Cody Rhodes. Those guys are the stars.”

Sasha Banks’ attorneys were also working on getting her released from the company. Banks could be huge help for the women’s division in AEW if she ends up getting released by WWE. We’ll keep you updated on this developing story.
