Jeff Hardy disappointed a lot of wrestling fans when he was once again arrested for driving under the influence. Hardy had given the impression that he was living clean and sober. Fans were excited for his big final run with his brother, Matt Hardy, in AEW.

Police reports indicated that Jeff Hardy blew over three times the legal limit on his breathalyzer test. Jeff could even be facing time in jail after committing three DUIs in under ten years. The arrest even cost The Hardys an AEW World Tag Team Championship match.

Despite it all, Matt Hardy is standing by his brother. In a tweet addressing the news, Matt noted that recovery is different for everyone who goes through it. Hardy plans to support his brother in any way he can.

“It was disheartening to hear the news about my brother yesterday. Recovery isn’t a linear process & I’ll continue doing whatever I can to help my brother be healthy. Being healthy & well is the most important thing for Jeff, his wife, his children & our family at this time.”
