Jeff Hardy was arrested earlier this morning for driving with suspended license and being under the influence. Though Hardy was scheduled to compete on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the company is no longer promoting the match.

Hardy himself as been plague with demons pretty much his entire career and they have halted his momentum many times. While fans have their different opinions on Hardy, a lot of those within the industry believe Hardy should get some help. One wrestler though appears to believe that Hardy should be held responsible for his actions.

Bill DeMott recently commented on both Hardy and Tammy Sytch’s situation. The former WWE star lost his daughter, Keri Anne DeMott, in a car accident that involved a drunk driver. Naturally, he is very upset about this turn of events.

3rd DUI in 10 years. NO license, NO business behind the wheel, probation violations…..HE should be held #Accountable on ALL charges and NOT allowed bail! @AEW #NoExcuses @KADFoundation1

@AEW has to address this now! There is NO justification for this mans actions. Are we going to wait until he kills himself or someone else? We have a #RepeatOffender Mentality and every SELFISH person that continues to put others in jeopardy needs to be held #Accountable #NoBail

You have more than enough money for a cab, for an Uber, for a Lyft. THERE IS #NOEXCUSE for this!

There are NO possible reasons for him to be behind the wheel of any vehicle!

There is no word on whether AEW will removed Hardy from the match at this point. Hardy was arrested on the scene after he went over Florida’s BAC limit of 0.8. It was revealed that Hardy’s BAC was .294 and .291 after two breathalyzer readings.
