Welcome to Ringside News’ live results, highlights, winners and reactions for the June 6th, 2022 episode of WWE RAW.

Start time for tonight’s show is 8:00 PM EST. Match-by-match highlights and results from the show will take place on this very page, so you should update frequently to get the latest happenings. Feel free to leave any reactions in the comment section below.

Last night’s Hell In A Cell premium live event was a very good one, but the talk of the town was the main event. Cody Rhodes defeated Seth Rollins for a third time, and he did so with a horrificly torn pectoral. Cody’s injury was brutal for all to see but he battled through and stood tall to end the show. But where does he go from here? Rhodes will address his future on RAW tonight.

We know pretty much zero ahead of tonight’s RAW, but we can assume we’ll get all the fallout from Hell In A Cell: The Judgement Day overcame AJ Styles, Finn Balor and Liv Morgan; Bianca Belair retained the RAW Women’s Championship; Theory beat Mustafa Ali; and Kevin Owens defeated Ezekiel. So we can expect the build towards Money In The Bank to start tonight.

RAW

Highlights of Hell In A Cell’s main event, in which Cody Rhodes defeated Seth Rollins despite a gruesome muscle injury, are shown to kick-off the show.

We go live to the arena in Green Bay and we see a countdown timer just below two hours, at which point The Judgement Day will reveal its newest member. Speaking of whom, Rhea Ripley will face Doudrop, Liv Morgan, and Alexa Bliss in a Fatal 4-Way later tonight. Also, The Street Profits will face The Uso’s in a Championship contender’s match.

Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring, his right arm limp, and the fans are loving him. A loud “Cody” chant rings through the arena. Rhodes welcomes us to the show and the fans chant “thank you, Cody”. He says he saw all the comments and Tweets about his effort last night but he doesn’t believe it was anything special because it’s a privilege for him to do what he does.

Cody says tearing his pectoral tendon was certainly disappointing but he doesn’t want to dwell on that and be sad. For those who don’t know, he has a daughter by the name of Liberty. And when she’s old enough he wants her to see that he stood and fought in what could have been the absolute lowest moment of his career. He fought against one of the very best in the history of the business, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins.

Rhodes says the trilogy is over, the book is written, he’s officially done with Seth Rollins. And with that in mind, he wants to talk about what’s above him. Two Money In The Bank briefcases hang above the ring. Cody says the contract inside the briefcase has eluded him his entire career. He’s a little banged up but, in four weeks time, if somehow, some way, he is able to climb the ladder, grab that briefcase, and become the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion…

Seth Rollins’s music hits and he comes limping out with a stoic look on his face. Rollins says he still does not like Rhodes but, after what he did last night, he has earned his respect. The world is saying it was maybe the gutsiest performance in the history of the business and that is true. Cody is the toughest person he’s ever been in the ring with.

Seth says he might be the last person who should say this, but Dusty would be very proud of his baby boy right now. Rhodes fights tears. Rollins says Cody came out the night after WrestleMania and shook his hand, so he’s out here tonight to return the favour. They shake hands and Rollins hugs Cody, then leaves. Cody applauds him as he walks up the ramp, then leaves the ring.

Cody turns to wave to the fans on the stage… only for Rollins to run out and hits him with a sledgehammer! Rollins rips Cody’s shirt off, revealing his horribly bruised arm and chest. Officials come out but Rollins makes them back off, then stomps on Cody’s arm! Rollins pokes and prods Cody with the sledgehammer, before pressing it down on his chest.

Rhea Ripley says control is an illusion that led AJ Styles, Finn Baor, and Liv Morgan to thinking they would succeed at Hell In A Cell. The Judgement Day was always destined for victory. They cannot be contained and their message is spreading like wildfire. Their destiny knows no bounds.

Priest says Ripley’s destiny is to become the RAW Women’s Champion again. Tonight she will win her Fatal 4-Way, then go on to beat Bianca Belair at Money In The Bank. Edge tells the fans, who are chanting “what?” that he’s been doing this for thirty years so they can shut their drooling mouths. Edge says he wants to say how proud he is of his disciples.

Edge says Rhea Ripley is a wrecking machine and Priest is a man oozing confidence. And why? Because they have listened to him. And someone else has been listening. And so, it’s time for him to introduce the newest member of The Judgement Day… Finn Balor. The Irishman walks down to the ring and shakes Edge’s ahnd.

Edge says he saw something change in Balor’s eyes last night. And when Ripley and Priest told him that he’d reached out about joining, he was ecstatic. He truly believes that Balor is one of the very best wrestlers on the planet, so how did he come to this decision? Balor says Edge did see the look in his eyes. He heard the calling and he could ignore it no longer. He finally knows who he is.

He saw Priest fight with more conviction than ever before, and Ripley shielded Edge when he had him beat and he should have been angry but he was in awe. He reached out to them after the show and he realised they ahve a lot in common. Like being tired of being told what to do. Priest says Edge is one of the greatest competitors of all-time, and that’s what makes it so easy to follow him in this journey.
