Sasha Banks and Naomi made headlines after they walked out in the middle of WWE Raw last week, despite being in the main event. It opened up a can of worms and even now, people continue to actively discuss the entire situation. There is also a good reason WWE pulled both of their merchandise from the online shop.

WWE indefinitely suspended both of them and that was just the start. They were edited out of the opening video package for Monday Night RAW. In addition to that, the company pulled Banks and Naomi’s merchandise from the Online shop.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the reason why WWE pulled their merchandise was so that they could send a message to the entire locker room.

As far as the suspension goes, that was inevitable. As far as pulling the merchandise, that was done according to people close to the situation, to send a message to the locker room.

WWE is also not paying Sasha Banks and Naomi during their suspension. Sasha Banks’ walkout even nixed an angle with Ronda Rousey. Their walkout was also called publicity stunt, among other things. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story!
