Cody Rhodes Offered MJF’s Parents Free WWE Tickets

Cody Rhodes was instrumental in AEW’s overall development since its inception in 2019. He helped build stars during his time in AEW, including MJF as well. Cody Rhodes also offered MJF’s parents free tickets to a WWE show.

MJF and Cody Rhodes have a ton of history together as well. MJF turned on Cody Rhodes during the early stages of AEW and they had a solid feud as well. MJF himself always maintains his character, inside and outside the ring.

Keeping up with kayfabe, even MJF’s parents never fail to add to his character as they make it clear they hate their son. While speaking to Rasslin’ with Brandon F. Walker,” MJF revealed that Cody Rhodes offered his parents free tickets to SmackDown.

“We still talk sometimes to this day. Cody Rhodes is a sweetheart. He texted my parents and offered them tickets for the Long Island show for SmackDown. They couldn’t go. They were busy, but I mean, it was very sweet of him to do. Have you seen his baby? What a cute baby.”

MJF also was not surprised Cody Rhodes left AEW for WWE. MJF is currently engaged in a feud with Wardlow and fans are certainly invested in that. We’ll have to see if Wardlow will beat MJF or not.
