Enzo Amore made a name for himself during his time in WWE, where he teamed up with Big Cass. The two became one of the most popular tag teams in the last 5 years but both were released by the company in the end. Amore also explained something interesting about AEW stars.

It has been four years since Enzo Amore was released by WWE during allegations of sexual assault. Since his release, Amore has sporadically competed in the independent circuit.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Enzo Amore talked about how working on the independent circuit helps him more money. He then explained how AEW stars can make more money than WWE talent.

”I did a lot of meets and greet; you were there with me, Mark. We got booked a lot on the radio, this and that, and you got hate for those appearances. I’m on the independent circuit, making my own money, I understand now. I was being put through a ringer. Those paid appearances I was getting as opposed to how much money you can make in a meet and greet, especially when you are on the top in WWE, holy sh**. This is why I am interested in seeing all of you guys in AEW, who are on TV, doing their own meets and greet, booking your own appearances which never happened in the WWE.”

Enzo Amore was also happy to see hows friend W. Morrissey have successful AEW debut. We’ll have to see what is next in store for Enzo Amore, as it is unlikely he’ll ever get back to WWE.
