Stu Grayson’s removal from the AEW roster page came as a shock to many fans. Since then a lot of speculations have run rampant regarding his status with AEW. Grayson has publicly addressed this issue.

As noted earlier, Grayson was unable to reach new deal with AEW after his contract with the company expired. Taking to Twitter today, Grayson has officially announced his departure. His tweet is quoted below.

“Update

On April 30th my contract with AEW expired. Best of luck to everyone working for AEW, our great production and medical team and of course every man and women who steps into the ring. And to my Dark Order family, I hope the world will soon see what you are truly capable of.”

Grayson was one of the original members of the AEW roster, he has been with the company since 2019. It’s unfortunate that he was unable to reach a new deal with Tony Khan, fans are going to miss him.
