Tony Khan Celebrates Closing Of Ring Of Honor Sale

Tony Khan is looking forward to a very special episode of AEW Dynamite tonight. The AEW boss announced today that the sale of Ring of Honor has finally closed. Now that he is officially the owner, Khan is excited to showcase some ROH action on tonight’s card.

Khan announced in early March that he was purchasing the influential promotion. He promoted the well-received Supercard of Honor pay-per-view during WrestleMania weekend. Several former ROH stars have been brought into the fold since.

Tonight’s Dynamite will feature the unification of the ROH Women’s World Championship with the interim title, currently held by Mercedes Martinez. She will square off against Deonna Purrazzo in the main event. It will be the first official ROH bout with TK as the owner of the company.
