Rhea Ripley Confirms Relationship With Buddy Matthews

Rhea Ripley is one of the mainstays of WWE’s women’s division. Rhea has held titles across NXT UK, NXT and RAW. The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion is spilling the beans on her love life.

The Australian confirmed on Twitter that she’s dating AEW star Buddy Matthews. Rhea revealed the information in response to a fan’s tweet who asked her what Buddy has that they don’t. Her answer was short, yet telling.

Rhea is currently involved in a feud with fellow RAW star Liv Morgan. Rhea turned heel on Liv after the two lost their tag team title match to reigning Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Naomi last month.

Buddy Matthews, on the other hand, is signed to AEW. Buddy made his debut for the Jacksonville-based promotion during the February 23rd episode of Dynamite. Buddy was revealed to be the third member of the House of Black.

Buddy wrestled for WWE prior to signing with AEW. He signed with the company way back in 2013 and was part of Triple H’s NXT before joining the now-defunct 205 Live roster. It’s unclear how long Ripley and Matthews have been dating, but she seems to have confirmed it.
