Former basketball player Satnam Singh made his debut on AEW Dynamite earlier this month. He suddenly appeared and attacked Samoa Joe, as Singh was portrayed as a bonafide monster. Tony Khan was also recently criticized for how he dealt with Satnam Singh’s debut.

The debut ended up receiving mixed opinions from fans and peers alike. Fans simply weren’t happy with how Singh’s debut turned out to be. What made it worse was Tony Khan later saying that he wished he could’ve done things differently.

While speaking on The Hall Of Fame with Booker T & Brad Gilmore, Booker T criticized Tony Khan for not acting like a boss and apologizing for the Satnam Singh debut.

“I totally looked at that as a move that did not make him look like a boss. I’m going to say it like that because I don’t want to say anything negative or anything other than I don’t think we have to defend anything that we do on television to the internet fan base. If Tony Khan feels like he made a mistake and he has to defend it by going on air and saying ‘Hey, guys, I made a mistake and I’m going to do it differently next time’, you’re just falling into a trap.”
