MVP came back to WWE during the 2020 Royal Rumble match, which shocked fans. It was originally going to be a one-off appearance but MVP decided to stick with WWE for a longer time. He also formed the Hurt Business with Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander, but hopes of a Hurt Business comeback are now dashed.

The Hurt Business was comprised of Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. They were booked as a formidable faction and saw a lot of success as well. They were eventually broken up, something fans still can’t believe happened.

Earlier this month, MVP returned to WWE television. In a shocking turn of events, MVP betrayed Bobby Lashley and signed himself with Omos. This is despite the fact that MVP was Lashley’s mouthpiece for so long.

MVP took to Twitter and replied to a fan, who asked him whether a Hurt Business comeback is ever possible. MVP made it clear that will never happen.

“The HURT BUSINESS went out of business.”

We will have to see how Bobby Lashley and Omos’ rivalry will continue to be booked in the coming weeks. With MVP as his mouthpiece, perhaps Omos might see more growth in the end.
