Former WWE/ECW superstar Raven has undergone knee replacement surgery. The former WWE star also hosts podcast, which he’ll be pausing for a week as he takes his time to recover from the procedure.

Raven took to Twitter in order to announce the surgery to his fans and followers. In the same note, he also informed them of the delay in the last week’s episode of theRavenEffect Podcast.

The star said in the tweet that he will be back on the episode of the podcast that airs next Monday. He added that he was “whining like a little bitch” after the knee replacement surgery, meaning that the initial stages after the surgery were painful.

Sorry for the delay w/last week’s ep of theRavenEffect Podcast! We may be delayed a hair this week as well, but we should have it out sometime Monday. Also, I should be back as well. Sorry for being out but after knee replacement surgery, I was whining like a little bitch.

Raven has not had a full-time performance stint since 2012. His last time in the ring was in February 2020, when he appeared at the ARW The Extreme Torch – 3 Year Anniversary.

The star holds a lot of experience at various pro-wrestling companies such as WWE, WCW, ECW, TNA Wrestling, and the NWA. He has held the ECW World Heavyweight Champion two times. He was also the ECW World Tag Team Champion 4 times, and has been WWE Hardcore Champion, NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, WCW World Tag Team Champion, and WCW United States Champion in his career.
