Bray Wyatt was released from WWE back in July last year and it utterly shocked the pro wrestling industry. Jim Ross even previously stated that Wyatt’s release from WWE proved that the company has bad management. Wyatt seems to have debunked a recent rumor as well.

Bray Wyatt’s Fiend character was one of the most creative gimmicks in the company’s history. In a creatively restricted environment such as WWE, fans wondered how much creative control Wyatt really had

Wyatt was last seen during his match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37, where Alexa Bliss betrayed Wyatt, costing him the match against Orton. In WWE 2k22, a cancelled storyline certainly got fan attention.

According to Reddit user and WWE Games modder Pepsiguy2, the angle would have seen  24/7 Champion Dana Brooke being possessed by The Fiend, getting turned into ‘The Shiend.’

Bray Wyatt took to Twitter and confirmed the cancelled storyline featuring Dana Broke. He then debunked a rumor that the storyline was also planned for WWE television.

Not true. That was the angle for the video game

Bray Wyatt is set to headline WrestleCon’s “U.S. vs. The World” event scheduled for April 2 in Dallas, Texas. We’ll have to see when the former WWE Superstar will make his return to WWE television.
