Homicide has added another championship gold to his already-impressive title collection. The former ROH and IMPACT Wrestling star is the new NWA Worlds Junior Heavyweight Champion.

Homicide won the title in a fatal four-way match to determine the new NWA Worlds Junior Heavyweight Champion. The Brooklyn native bested Darius Lockhart, Austin Aries and Colby Corino during night two of the Crockett Cup.

The NWA Worlds Junior Heavyweight Championship has a rich history that dates back to the early forties. The title was introduced in 1945. NWA discontinued the title altogether in 2017. Barrett Brown was the last holder of the title.

The promotion reactivated the title ahead of night one of the Crockett Cup. NWA’s official Twitter account gave fans a first look at the Worlds Junior Heavyweight Championship Belt. The strap is designed by Fandu Belts.
