It seems the end of legal battle between Vince McMahon And Oliver Luck is approaching near. According to the new reports the representatives of the two are scheduled to meet to try put an end to their legal dispute.

PW Insider reports that the representatives of both parties are set for a settlement conference on March 15, 2022 in Bridgeport, CT. The trial date for their legal dispute has been pushed back quite a few times the latest was noted to be July 11, 2022.

The two sides will go to the July trial if they don’t reach an agreement at the slated conference in March. This case has been going since the XFL’s reboot closed and Luck was terminated.

Vince McMahon was hit with a lawsuit by Luck back in 2020 for wrongful termination as Luck firmly believes that he was fired without a cause. Luck is seeking $23.8 million, as his contract was for a $5 million annual salary and yearly $2 million bonus through 2023, including other damages and attorney fees.

However McMahon has filed a countersuit alleging that Luck went against McMahon’s orders when it came to signing players. McMahon’s suit also claims that Luck abandoned his duties once the pandemic hit.
