WWE Registers Trademark For NXT UK Star’s Ring Name

WWE continues to introduce new ring names for newcomers. Other than the name, there are few details available. WWE sometimes launches a wrestler the next week after filing for a trademark. Others make their debut before the filing is even made public.

WWE has submitted trademark application for the term “Eliza Alexander,” which is the name of a rising NXT UK star in the area. It was provided to Lizzy Evo, who had just worked for the company on a series of tapings. This indicates that WWE has presumably signed Lizzy Evo and will continue to use the trademarked name.

In the world of pro wrestling, Evo has worked for a number of different companies. She’s worked for ICW, TNT, and PROGRESS, and in November 2021, she worked a dark match during the NXT UK TV tapings.
