WWE continues to roll out new ring names for incoming talent. As usual, details other than the name itself are sparse. Sometimes after filing for a trademark, WWE debuts the wrestler the next week. Others debut before the filing is even listed.

The latest WWE ring name to get trademark protection is “Kelly Kincaid.” According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, the name has been reserved for use by WWE for entertainment services. It will likely be assigned to an NXT talent. The trademark listing is as follows:

“Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment; Entertainment services, namely, announcer services”

Fans will have to keep a close eye out on NXT in the coming weeks to see who will be portraying Kelly Kincaid. WWE has been bringing in a lot of new talent. It could be anything from a wrestler to an interviewer or even a manager.
