Deonna Purrazzo Teases AEW Appearance After ROH Sale

Deonna Purrazzo used to work in WWE NXT as a Superstar. She was fired from WWE back on April 15th, 2020, due to budget cuts. It did not take her long to find her footing once again as she appeared on Impact Wrestling the next month in May.

Since then Purrazzo won the Impact Knockouts Title and has been force to be reckoned with. Purrazzo would eventually lose the title to Mickie James as well.

AEW President Tony Khan shocked the world as he announced that he has purchased the entirety of Ring Of Honor on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. It was said he paid pretty penny for ROH as well.

In light of the acquisition, Deonna Purrazzo, who is the current ROH Women’s World Champion, took to Twitter and hinted at making an appearance on AEW television.

For a long time, fans have been waiting to see a match between AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker and Deonna Purrazzo. With AEW’s latest deal, that dream match might just happen now.
