Johnny Gargano was considered the face of NXT by many fans due to his excellent feuds with the likes of Tommaso Ciampa and Adam Cole. He has had various nicknames such as Johnny Wrestling, Johnny TakeOver and more and they are all for good reason.
As seen on a previous episode of NXT 2.0, Gargano made it clear that his status in NXT is up in the air. However, many fans realized that Johnny Gargano was done for good. That turned out to be true as he officially became free agent.
His wife Candice LeRae was also pregnant with their child since last year and Gargano had made it clear he wouldn’t work in any company until she gave birth.
It seems that finally happened as Johnny Gargano took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of his newborn son Quill. It is clear he named his son after Peter Quill from Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy, as Gargano is a huge Marvel fan.

Johnny Gargano also recently stated that he will work wherever fans call for him to work. We will have to wait and see what Johnny Gargano will ultimately decide for himself now that his son is born.
