Tony Khan announced today that Cody and Brandi Rhodes would be leaving All Elite Wrestling. The shocking news came out of nowhere for many fans. Speculation has already begun to run wild about the couple’s professional future.

Fans reacted on social media with mixed emotions. Many were happy for Cody and Brandi to be moving on and seeking happiness. Others dragged the couple, believing they have offered little to nothing during their AEW stints.

Dustin Rhodes spent a lot of time in AEW with his brother and sister-in-law. The two had one of the most memorable matches in the history of the promotion. Dustin has experienced a career revival in the company. Rhodes is still putting family first, as he offered his full support on Twitter.

Dustin noted in a follow-up tweet that he plans to stay in AEW. Rhodes noted that he likes working for the company. He will continue to support his family in whatever endeavors they pursue.

The Rhodes family is legendary in wrestling fan circles. Many AEW fans felt Cody’s booking didn’t work and Brandi has been receiving very harsh reactions from live crowds lately. Dustin Rhodes is behind them 110%, no matter what.
