WWE SmackDown Spoiler Results February 18, 2022

WWE is taping next week’s SmackDown prior to their trip to Saudi Arabia. Fans got a double show tonight, because they were able to watch next week’s SmackDown before the night was over.

The IC Title is on the line and so much more. We will have to see how the company decides to book their go-home show before Elimination Chamber.

The show starts out with a Goldberg and Roman Reigns segment. They talked trash, but they did not throw any punches. Goldberg also had a longer entrance complete with a trip from his dressing room

Ricochet defeats Sheamus in a standard singles match.

Intercontinental Title

Shinsuke Nakamura vs Sami Zayn

Zayn won the match to become the new IC Champion. This was quite a shocking way to cap off the blue brand’s time before they head off to Saudi Arabia. In reality, the roster will already be in Saudi Arabia by the time this episode airs.

There will certainly be other segments that they tape backstage, but not everything was played in front of the live crowd.
