Jade Cargill has been booked as an unstoppable force in AEW as she has run roughshod over the women’s division. Cargill continues to impress with her impressive physique and strength as well. It seems she is working with Bryan Daniels as well.
Cargill went on to become the first-ever AEW TBS Champion after beating fan-favorite Ruby Soho in the finals of the TBS Women’s Eliminator Tournament. Many fans were not pleased with this decision whatsoever.
Cargill’s in-ring skills continue to be criticized as fans feel Jade Cargill is simply too green to be a proper champion right now. While speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, AEW President Tony Khan talked about how important Bryan Danielson is to AEW. Khan revealed that Bryan Danielson and Jade Cargill are working together now.
”Off-screen, Bryan is such a valuable resource. I recently asked him and Jade Cargill, who is already starting an amazing run as our TBS Champion, to work together. I think Bryan is the world’s greatest pro wrestler, and he has such valuable insight. Jade is incredibly driven, and Bryan’s been a great mentor to her so far.”
With Bryan Danielson training Jade Cargill, perhaps fans can hope to see Cargill dramatically improve her in-ring skills soon enough.
