Chase Owens is known as the Crown Jewel of NJPW’s Bullet Club faction. The NJPW star has been stirring up controversy as of late. Owens recently tweeted that his NJPW contract was running out on January 31, 2022.

Fans immediately began to speculate whether Chase was leaving New Japan. Owens had previously teased a possible departure on social media. Ultimately, his Twitch live stream announcement revealed Owens’ true intentions.

Chase Owens has re-signed with New Japan Pro Wrestling. The Crown Jewel announced his contract via Twitter and on his Twitch channel. Owens noted that the deal would be for a long-term stay.

“ANNOUNCEMENT!!! When I say 4 life that’s exactly what I mean!! Happy and proud to announce I have resigned with NJPW for a Lonnnngggggggg time!!! See ya soon”

Owens added an additional tweet to clarify that he meant “re-signed.” The speculation can now come to an end. Chase Owens is sticking it out with New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Chase Owens recently had to cancel some appearances due to positive COVID-19 test. The virus had run rampant through the NJPW ranks, forcing the promotion to cancel all of their January events. Things seem to be looking much better now.
