Ronda Rousey made her debut at the end of the 2018 edition of the Royal Rumble. She won the WWE RAW Women’s Championship and held it for half a year. Rousey was last seen at WrestleMania 35 and has been absent from WWE television since then. That absence is likely going to change very soon.

Many fans started wondering whether the UFC legend would ever make her return to WWE. As reported earlier, WWE is pushing for Ronda Rousey to make her return during this year’s Royal Rumble event.

While speaking on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed Ronda Rousey’s inclusion in the Royal Rumble match. He believed that there would be no point in Rousey being in the match and not winning it, especially if she will headline WrestleMania 38.

The problem is that if she’s in the Rumble, does that mean she’s gonna win the Rumble? if she’s gonna come in and get thrown out, it’ll be kind of nothing. Especially if she’s gonna be like a big headliner at WrestleMania.
