Paul Heyman Was Tired Of Cutting Brock Lesnar Promos

Paul Heyman is one of the most well-known and established names in the pro wrestling world. He is touted as one of the greatest minds to have ever been seen in the business. It seems Heyman admitted a huge thing recently.

Heyman is certainly one of the best talkers on the microphone and has helped elevate many Superstars he has worked with over the years and that includes Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar and others.

Heyman has been aligned to Brock Lesnar since Roman Reigns fired him as his Special Counsel. Despite Heyman’s inclusion, Brock Lesnar has largely been cutting his own promos, which is a change from how it used to be.

While speaking on Casio’s Cut, Heyman revealed that he was relieved to no longer be cutting promos for The Beast Incarnate as he was simply tired of doing that for so long.

“Thank god. My throat was getting sore espousing the virtues of ‘The Beast’, ‘The Conqueror’, the reigning, defending undisputed WWE Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. So thank god he decided to pick up a microphone and do some talking. I’m tired of talking about him.”

Brock Lesnar is set to defend his WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley at the Royal Rumble event on January 29th. We will have to wait and see how he will fare in the match.
