Tammy Lynn Sytch, known in WWE as Sunny, is facing some serious legal trouble. Sytch was arrest this morning in New Jersey for unlawful possession of a weapon and terroristic threats. The WWE Hall of Famer has a history of troubled behavior.

TMZ Sports obtained court records that reveal Sunny was arrested in Keansburg, NJ. The wrestling superstar was then booked into the Monmouth County jail at 11 AM. The exact charges were not clear at the time the document was filed.

Two of the charges do relate to illegally possessing a weapon. The document does not say whether the weapon was a firearm. The other charge is related to terroristic threats. The New Jersey law describes the charge as follows:

“A person is guilty of a crime of the third degree if he threatens to commit any crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize another or to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation, or otherwise to cause serious public inconvenience, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience.”

The weapons charges are classified as third degree in the state of New Jersey. Terroristic threats would be considered a fourth degree crime. New Jersey does not use the terms “felony” and “misdemeanor.”

Sunny has been arrested six times for DUI in the past. This is only the latest in a laundry list of criminal charges against Tammy Lynn Sytch. After eight months in jail back in 2018, one would think she would have learned her lesson.
