AEW Rampage viewership numbers are in and Tony Khan is very happy. He also took a shot at a conspiracy theory while touting about the company’s performance on Friday night.

There is a rumor going around that WWE only leaks fast national ratings numbers when AEW Rampage viewership numbers are low. The general thought is that fast national numbers are typically lower than final numbers, so WWE does this as a way to bury AEW.

Tony Khan tweeted out to thank fans for tuning in. He said a lot in this tweet, but he closed it out with a little shot at this little conspiracy theory.

Thank you fans who support @AEW! Last week in such a big spot, everyone stepped up & we delivered a great rating for the debut of #AEWDynamite on TBS! Also just learned last week #AEWRampage on TNT did our biggest Friday audience since October! No wonder no weekend fast nationals

TK certainly said a lot and that last line leads us to believe that he buys into the conspiracy theory that WWE leaks numbers to hurt AEW. We’ll have to see what happens down the line, but Tony Khan’s Twitter account is becoming quite a playground nowadays.
