AEW Filming Additional Content At Battle Of The Belts

AEW Battle Of The Belts is going down tonight, but fans in Charlotte will get lot more than the hour-long show that will air on TNT. The company has an entire roster full of talent and it sounds like they have a lot planned.

Tony Khan dropped an excited tweet for fans to plug tonight’s Battle of the Belts special. He also said that they will have a house show for the fans in attendance that will be taped for Dark.

With medical protocol scratching @CodyRhodes, we’ll crown an Interim TNT Champion tonight! We’re allotted 1 hour for the live #AEWBOTB show tonight on TNT + for the Charlotte fans there’s a house show: EVERY AEW champion besides Cody in action TONIGHT! We’ll tape it all for Dark!

Cody Rhodes and Brandi Rhodes are both in isolation right now and Dustin Rhodes will fill in for his brother. Battle of the Belts could be a very interesting situation, because an Interim TNT Champion will be crowned, one who Cody Rhodes will presumably have to wrestle upon his return.
