Timothy Thatcher Released From WWE NXT

WWE decided to issue another round of cuts today, not even 24 hours removed from New Year’s Evil. Now we have another release to report and it is a name everyone should know well.

According to Fightful’s Sean Sapp, Timothy Thatcher was released from NXT today. He was an on-screen talent, but he was also working as a coach as of late. Now he is no longer with the company.

This is a shocking release, but all of these firings are a bit of a surprise. Timothy Thatcher wasn’t on NXT television, but he was working at the Performance Center. It will be interesting to see how WWE replaces all of these positions, but it seems that they are really cleaning house.

William Regal, Dave Kapoor, Scott Armstrong, Ace Steel and Road Dogg were all released today as well with more names coming soon. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more updates!
