It’s Christmas time and that means WWE is bringing some special programming for fans.
WWE NXT UK will air a special Christmas special today in its standard timeslot. The special Holiday Edition of the episode will be hosted by Nina Samuels, and will have a consistent holiday theme.
NXT UK Twitter confirmed the holiday-themed episode being underway, and it’ll have the best NXT UK matches of 2021 lined up to be shown. However, it is not the only holiday episode for NXT UK planned out to be aired.
The next episode after the Holiday special will be the New Year’s edition. The New Year’s edition is planned to be aired Thursday on Peacock as well as the WWE Network.
The WWE NXT UK programming will go back to its standard format on January 6th. NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura will defend her title against Blair Davenport.
Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter will take on The Symbiosis to become the number one contender against the NXT UK Tag Team Champions Moustache Mountain. Here are the tweets announcing the events.
