Brock Lesnar was not seen on WWE television after dropping the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36. That changed at WWE SummerSlam, where he made his shocking return to WWE television and confronted Roman Reigns. Brock officially came back as a babyface, much to the delight of fans.
Brock Lesnar squared off against Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at WWE Crown. He would be defeated by Reigns after interference from The Usos. Naturally, he was very irate at this turn of events.
Lesnar then destroyed Roman Reigns on a previous episode of WWE Smackdown. Due to this, he was indefinitely suspended. He then put his hands on Adam Pearce as he hit him with two F5s. Because of his actions, Brock Lesnar was fined $1 million by WWE.
However, Brock Lesnar’s suspension was then lifted and then he returned to the blue brand. On this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Brock Lesnar wore overalls in addition to his flannel shirt.
WWE on Fox took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of Brock Lesnar in overalls and declared him the new drip king. Cesaro commented on the tweet and stated that it was overall a great look.
Overall a great look
We will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns’ feud as we near the Day 1 pay-per-view next year.
