Jim Ross has been fighting his battle with skin cancer. Even though Ross recently had surgery on his back, Ross insisted on giving an appearance on AEW Dynamite. Ross has been part of the pro-wrestling commentary scene since many decades. He has many good friends, who still take time to hang out with him.

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley took to checking up on his old friend and seeing how he’s doing. Foley posted a picture of himself with Ross at his house. In the caption, he told fans that Ross is fighting and winning against the cancer.

Check out that view! I’m talking about the ocean, not me and JR. We had a great visit – and Jim is stomping a mudhole in cancer’s ass…and walking it dry!

Jim Ross revealed to the world that he is diagnosed with skin cancer on October 23rd. About month later, Ross underwent a surgery on his back and maintained his appearance on AEW Dynamite on November 24th.

Ross started his foot radiation therapy treatment mere days after his surgery. He’s scheduled to undergo 21 of those, so it’s definitely a long road ahead. Ross is expected to stay on leave for a while.

The veteran commentator is expected to recover as he undergoes treatment. He’s expected to finish with his radiation therapy and appear on AEW Dynamite on December 29th, which will be the last episode to air on TNT.
