Jeff Hardy was wrestling with Xavier Woods and Drew McIntyre against The Bloodline at WWE live event in Edinburg, Texas recently. It was reported that Hardy was sent home after the strange events that occurred. He was replaced with Rey Mysterio at the Sunday show in Corpus Christi.

We now have some insight into the events that led to Hardy’s departure. After looking sluggish during his entrance, Hardy made a hot tag to McIntyre about ten minutes into the contest. After the tag, Hardy rolls out of the ring and leaves through the crowd.

WWE security is visible as they quickly mobilize to handle the unexpected event. The match continued without Hardy, who did not return. The face team ultimately won the bout, but Jeff Hardy never came to celebrate with his teammates.

WWE has not commented on the strange behavior of Jeff Hardy. It’s too early to speculate what might have caused him to walk out on the match. Details will likely emerge soon that paint a clearer picture.

Before making his exit, Hardy took a light shove in the middle of the ring and immediately collapsed into a prone position. Fans tried to rally behind the Charismatic Enigma, but the match was doomed. It was clear to fans in attendance that Jeff was not at 100%.

Hopefully everything is alright with Jeff Hardy. He is known to have a long and troubled history since joining the pro wrestling industry. Hopefully WWE will work with the superstar on whatever he needs to get back on track. You can watch the video below. Hardy leaves the ring at around 10:50.
