Tommaso Ciampa Strongly Hints That NXT WarGames Match May Be Johnny Gargano’s Last In WWE

Johnny Gargano has been touted as the face of NXT by many fans due to his excellent feuds with the likes of Tommaso Ciampa and Adam Cole. He has numerous nicknames such as Johnny Wrestling, Johnny TakeOver and more and they are all for good reason. His contract status remains a topic of discussion for many as well.

While Johnny Gargano has his fans, he also has his fair share of haters and critics. Despite this, Gargano continues to shine no matter what he does in every feud he is engaged in.

Johnny Gargano’s longtime friend and rival Tommaso Ciampa took to his Instagram account and sent a message to Johnny Gargano. Ciampa strongly hinted at the fact that their WarGames match may be Johnny Gargano’s last in WWE.

Johnny Gargano also recently signed very short contract extension with NXT. It was also said that Gargano is likely to explore all options after his WWE contract expires. With NXT going in a new direction led by Vince McMahon’s vision, it remains to be seen what will become of Johnny Gargano and whether he will ever make his way to AEW one day or not.
