Roman Reigns is the current WWE Universal Champion and is one of the top Superstars in the company right now. He has proven himself to be an excellent champion with great character work and in-ring skills. Reigns’ reinvention as heel has truly shown just how good he can be both as an in-ring performer and character.

It came after several years of being forced onto fans as a babyface. There is certainly no doubt that most WWE Superstars who have faced off against Roman Reigns in the past year has come off better, especially someone like Jey Uso.

Roman Reigns has defeated every single opponent put before him over the past year. Due to this many fans are also wondering whether Reigns will ever be defeated by a credible opponent.

WWE recently released a short promo video where they teased that Roman Reigns’ next opponent will be revealed on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The video asked who will step up to challenge Reigns next, with Drew McIntyre, Cesaro, Happy Baron Corbin, Sheamus, Jinder Mahal, Jeff Hardy and The New Day teased as potential opponents.
