Bobby Lashley won the WWE Championship after beating the Miz on Monday Night RAW back in March. Since then, he was booked as a very dominant force and had Vince McMahon’s seal of approval. Lashley then lost that title to Big E in a huge moment that fans will always remember.

For the past couple of months, Bobby Lashley has been engaged in a feud with WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg. It truly went to the next level when he retained the WWE Championship at WWE SummerSlam back in August against Goldberg.

However, Bobby Lashley would be defeated at the hands of Goldberg at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on October 21st. After a brief absence he returned to WWE television as well.

While speaking with DAZN Bobby Lashley talked about the lack of diversity as far as WWE Champions is concerned. Lashley made it clear he isn’t bothered by it whatsoever.

“No. I think what it does is it gives an opportunity moving forward for there to be more. Everybody has that same opportunity. I think some of the other guys are going to be excited because they have that opportunity to step up and win that title. And when they do, it’s just gonna keep adding on, so I’m not disappointed.

Because if you look at our roster right now, we have a lot of African-American or black guys on the roster that can step up and potentially win a world title. So when they have the opportunity to do what they need to do and get to where they need to get, they’ll be there. They’ll have that opportunity.”

Bobby Lashley will be taking part in the traditional Men’s Survivor Series Elimination match during the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view on November 21st. We will have to wait and see who will come out on top in the match.
