Tegan Nox was brought up to the main roster as part of Shotzi and Nox, a female tag team who should have received a title shot, but that never happened. Then WWE broke up the team in the draft. Shotzi is fine on SmackDown, but Nox was left in the wings on RAW. Now Nox is no longer with the company.

Sean Sapp confirmed that Tegan Nox was released from her WWE contract today. This is a sad day for WWE, because the company cut another wave of talent.

John Morrison, Hit Row, Drake Maverick and more were all fired today. This will likely be blamed on “budget cuts,” but we all see the ongoing trend here.

It is a shame when someone is released before they have a chance to really show what they can do. Nox has history of injuries, but she was also having no issues in her current run. Hopefully, she will find her way to another company without any more setbacks.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
