Big E Wants To Open Forbidden Door Between AEW & WWE

Big E’s journey to the top of WWE has been one full of hurdles and obstacles at every step of the way. After a solid run in NXT, Big E made his way to the main roster but was eventually lost in the shuffle. It seems Big E has an interesting goal.

The New Day member made headlines in September after he promised to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase. This would lead to lot of excitement among fans and there is a good reason for that.

Big E ended up cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase on Bobby Lashley and defeated him for the WWE Championship. Thus, he ushered in the era of Big E on Monday Night RAW.

While speaking on My Mom’s Basement with Robbie Fox, Big E revealed that he wants to open up the forbidden door between WWE and AEW.

Just because I said there are so many people that I root for over there. And I think competition is great for everyone all around, and I am definitely glad the fans are engaged. It is not my thing. But people love pot stirring and it is interesting, the idea of- I am not sure if it is ever feasible but you know, just like, is that forbidden door gonna be open here between us and them? Like, imagine that? That would be incredible. I think that would be really interesting.”

Big E is set to square off against Roman Reigns in a champion vs champion match at WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view this month. We will have to wait and see who will come out on top in the match.
