WWE released Franky Monet from her NXT contract after the former Knockouts Champion relocated from California to the Orlando, Florida area. Now she is looking to fill up her schedule on the indies.

Now going as Taya Valkyrie once again, she responded to a plug for her appearance at a January 15th, 2022 show in Canton, Georgia. This is a Vicky Dice event called Outlandish Paradise. It will also mark Valkyrie’s return to the ring following her firing from Vince McMahon’s company.

Did I mention this will be my first match back??? CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!! January 15th in Atlanta! @ZickyDice

We will have to see what’s next for Taya Valkyrie. Impact Wrestling might love to have her back, but she has already done that before. It will be very interesting to see what opportunities open up for her after WWE released her far before she had time to get anything going in NXT.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
