According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Kenny Omega’s shoulder wasn’t the best when he took on Hangman Page at Full Gear. He was working out with a lot less weight before the event.

“I don’t know if he has no strength. but he can’t lift heavy weights with them — I don’t even know if he can lift with them. The last time we were talking about it, he said he was able to lift the bar. So it’s 45 pounds… He’s told me, ‘I can work a match without my shoulders.'”

Kenny Omega is now a former AEW World Champion. Now we will have to see how he fares without the title. He might need to keep his shoulder rested as he makes his way back up the rakings, because you know that The Cleaner is bound to get another run on top eventually.
