WWE released over dozen members of the NXT and main roster from their contracts today. That was heard loud and clear throughout the pro wrestling world and some people are not very happy at all about that.
Jordynne Grace was not release by WWE today, in fact, she’s not even under contract with Vince McMahon’s company. Odds are Grace isn’t too eager to sign on the dotted line with them now.
Franky Monet had just moved from California so she could be closer to Orlando’s Performance Center. Jordynne Grace and Taya Valkyrie are close and the former Franky Monet’s situation was likely what caused Grace to sent out some scathing tweets.
It is very simple – watch and spend your money on something else. It’s just f*cking ridiculous at this point.
It’s one thing to not renew someone’s contract.
It’s another thing to have someone uproot their entire lives, move to an unfamiliar area, and release them from their contract mere months into it.
THAT’S what’s f*cked up.
Jordynne Grace’s opinion was echoed throughout the fan base. Many feel the same way that she does about today’s releases. This also took place on the same day that WWE announced great profit across the company as part of their 2021 3rd quarter earnings call.
