Mandy Rose Says Developing In WWE NXT Can Be Overwhelming

Mandy Rose completely changed her look on in NXT 2.0, showing off much darker side of her character as a result. She also aligned herself with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne. It seems she had a hard time developing herself in NXT.

Fans were used to seeing Mandy Rose as a blonde bombshell. Many fans simply didn’t think she had any wrestling skills or character work either.

Mandy Rose proved all of her doubters wrong as she won the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Halloween Havoc. Since then fans have certainly started taking her more seriously.

While speaking on The Bump, Mandy Rose talked about being back to NXT. Rose admitted that developing in NXT can be overwhelming and stressful.

I think when you’re developing and when you’re in NXT, sometimes it could be a little overwhelming and it can be stressful because you have a lot of cooks in the kitchen. You’re trying to develop your character and who you are, and it’s really stressful and that’s what I’ve noticed since I’ve been down there is trying to help the girls and just really be in the moment and enjoy the moment. Also, you know, be who you want to be because there’s a lot of people out there that think they know who you are, but you know who you are the most and you know the best.

We’ll have to see what is next in store for Mandy Rose as part of Toxic Attraction now that she is the NXT Women’s Champion. Odds are she will have a lengthy run with the title.
