Deonna Purrazzo defended the Knockouts Title against Mickie James at Bound For Glory. The two had an intense match with many near falls. It appeared that Mickie James was going to lose the match as Deonna Purrazzo prepared to hit her with a chair after the referee was taken out, but James nailed a kick for another near fall.

Finally, Deonna Purrazzo hit the Queen’s Gambit, but James kicked out. This was followed by Mickie James nailing a DDT and getting the pinfall for the win.

Following her big win, Mickie James was overcome with emotion as the Sam’s Town Live crowd cheered her on in a huge way.
