WWE held Crown Jewel on October 21st, but they needed to have the SmackDown roster back in the United States for SmackDown. After all, the new roster goes into effect on October 22nd.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE flew a majority of the roster out of San Francisco on a chartered British Airways jet. Brock Lesnar, Vince McMahon, and The Bloodline all took their own private jets.

According to PW Insider, a group from Riyadh arrived in Kansas at around 1:00 PM today. They had to refuel and then make the rest of the way to SmackDown. It seems that there were no issues getting back this time around.

The group flight from Riyadh landed in Wichita, Kansas around 1 PM this afternoon as they needed to stop and refuel along the way.  That’s a long trip with not a long time until they have to perform again.  Thankfully, there are no WWE live events this weekend.

This is great news, especially for those who were worried about another hostage situation. Thankfully, Crown Jewel went off without a hitch this year and they were able to make it back.
