Braun Strowman Confirms Talks With AEW

Braun Strowman is one of the most talked-about free agents in wrestling today. After his surprising June release from WWE, the big man has been the topic of tons of speculation.

In an interview with All Lions Fan Nation on Sports Illustrated, the Monster Among Men spilled a very interesting tidbit. He told reporter John Maakaron that he has already had talks with All Elite Wrestling.

“Yeah, we’ve sat down and discussed stuff like that with my agent and things like that.  We’re just trying to find a fit now, where everything kind of will work together since now, there’s so many things that I’m working on in my personal life. I don’t have as much time to devote to the full-time schedule to wrestle now. 

Strowman is currently going by his given name, Adam Scherr. Adam recently met with Impact Wrestling about possible deal there. He has also rumored to be interested in a return to WWE.

Scherr is among the top available big names in wrestling. Along with Bray Wyatt, the former Universal Champion seems to have some options. Wyatt recently changed his ring name to Windham.

With the growing wrestling war between WWE and AEW, the signings and defections will continue to be fast and furious. Adam Scherr will definitely find a place to land. Time will tell where that is.
