Sasha Banks is one of the top female WWE Superstars in the history of the company. Her accolades speak for themselves and she has competed in some of the best matches in the company’s history. She also has an interesting take regarding her current character in WWE.

Sasha Banks was pulled from the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view last month and was absent since then. However, she made her shocking return to WWE television at Extreme Rules. Banks came out and immediately attacked Bianca Belair, costing her the Smackdown Women’s Title match, resulting in Becky Lynch retaining her title.

Since then Sasha Banks has been feuding with both Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch. While it is evident that Sasha Banks has been portraying the role of a heel, it seems she doesn’t see it that way.

While speaking to the New York Post, Sasha Banks talked about her current character in WWE. The Boss stated that she is neither a heel nor a babyface in WWE. Banks is simply being herself and that is all that matters.

“I think that’s any character with WWE. That’s up to the fans whether they want to cheer or boo me. I’m just being me. I know Becky Lynch is just being herself. Bianca Belair is just being herself, Charlotte Flair. When you’ve been this character, this thing for so long there’s no such thing as a heel or a baby face. You’re just in the eyes of the viewers the legit boss. It’s so cool to get the reception that I get.”

Sasha Banks is set to square off against Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. We will have to wait and see who will end up winning the match.
